This event is intended to provide insights about workplace harassment to employees by the company. Wipro Unza already has a comprehensive reporting system for sexual harassment in the workplace, but it has not been maximized due to a lack of participation from employees. It is hoped that by inviting the Never Okay Project, it can encourage employees to enforce the existing system and continue.
