Training for Assistance and Support Groups for Survivors

Working together with the team LaporSehat, we provide supportive assistance for survivors from a psychological perspective, as well as training to establish support groups.

Mentorship Training for Survivors

This training is aimed at individuals or groups who want to understand and carry out safe and ethical mentoring, including:

Basic understanding of violence and sexual harassment

The concept of trauma and its impact on survivors

The principle of victim-centered accompaniment

Active and empathetic listening skills

Ethics, boundaries, and confidentiality in coaching

Crisis management and referral to follow-up services

Training can be tailored for communities, organizations, volunteers, educators, and internal support staff.

Support Group

Never Okay Project facilitates support groups for survivors with the principle:

Safe and based on consent

Secret and non-discriminatory

Guided by an experienced facilitator

Focusing on the recovery and strengthening of survivors

The support group aims to:

Providing a space to share experiences voluntarily

Building a sense of mutual trust and solidarity

Developing a healthy recovery strategy

Empowering the voices and choices of survivors

We provide tailored support for survivors, including:

Safe Space for Growth and Recovery.
