Training for trainers: Building an Internal Team to Promote Awareness
Training for Trainers is aimed at companies that want to form internal teams or internal campaigns that play an active role in raising awareness about violence and sexual harassment in the workplace.
This training equips participants with the understanding, approaches, and communication strategies necessary to conduct ongoing socialization to employees.
In addition, this session also covers discussions related to company regulations, including assistance in reviewing existing policies as well as helping to draft new regulations to align with the principles of victim protection and safe work practices.
Training for the Case Handling Team: Proper Handling, Victim Perspective
This training is specifically designed for teams responsible for handling reports and cases of violence or sexual harassment in the company. Participants will be equipped with an understanding of the appropriate handling processes and investigation procedures that are ethical and victim-centered, from the receipt of reports to case follow-up. Training for Manager Level is designed for leaders and managers to strengthen their strategic roles in preventing and responding to violence and sexual harassment in the workplace. This training discusses the responsibilities of superiors in addressing reports or indications of cases, understanding power relations, and making ethical and victim-centered decisions. Through this approach, managers are expected to become role models and front-line defenders in creating a safe and equitable work environment.
