In the series of events for the 16th SATU Indonesia Awards 2025 last year, Never Okay Project was one of the award recipients in the Education category. The recognition was given for its educational efforts in preventing and addressing sexual harassment in the workplace.

Gathering together in a nationwide online seminar, the Indonesian Judges Association (IKAHI) and the Indonesian Women's Judges Association (BPHPI), supported by YSEALI, discussed the theme “Towards a Harassment-Free Judiciary”.

Sexual violence in the workplace is a serious issue that not only affects productivity, but also leaves deep trauma for its victims. Recognizing this urgency, Lapor Sehat initiated a collaboration with the Never Okay Project to launch a free mental health service initiative dedicated to survivors of sexual violence in the workplace.

Building a healthy and productive work culture is a long journey that requires collective commitment. It was this awareness that led the Never Okay Project to arrive in Makassar on March 11, 2026. Held at Hotel Mercure Nexa Pettarani, we collaborated with PT Grand Kakao Indonesia to organize an internal capacity-building program that is crucial to sustaining professionalism within the company.
