Preventing and addressing workplace harassment requires an ongoing commitment. A commitment that can create a safe, supportive, and respectful workspace.
On Thursday, July 23, 2026, the Never Okay Project had the opportunity to hold a Sexual Harassment 101 seminar offline at the Magnifique Indonesia Office located in South Jakarta.
A presentation and discussion session to spark that collaborative commitment.
Sexual Harassment is Not a Sensitive Issue
Often avoided in open workplace discussions, the issue of sexual harassment is actually not a sensitive issue. A lack of understanding regarding boundaries and forms of harassment often creates an unconducive work environment and leads to the risk of harassment cases occurring.
"Talking" about the issue of sexual harassment in open spaces such as this seminar can invite participants to better recognize and understand this topic from various perspectives; starting from the legal realm, professional ethics, to the psychological impact on victims.

Interactive Discussion with Participants
Enthusiasm was evident from the 57 participants, who were members of the Magnifique team, throughout the session. The discussion flowed interactively to raise questions, share views, and discuss several case studies in the professional world.
In this seminar, the Never Okay Project introduced forms of sexual harassment, professional consent and boundaries, as well as reporting and victim protection mechanisms.
This two-way discussion proves that education on occupational safety, specifically the issue of harassment, is not just a formality. It requires commitment and response.
