Women in the workplace today focus more on their existence as human beings who have the same position under the law and want to change the perception that women are objects that are always behind the protection of men. If women are only seen as objects, they will more often be considered weak and are frequently subjected to inappropriate treatment, ranging from narrowing their rights to self-actualization to various acts of sexual harassment. The issue of sexual harassment is a common occurrence in the workplace. The aim of this research is to provide an overview of the forms of sexual harassment experienced by women as victims in the workplace, the factors that lead to sexual harassment occurring against women at work, and the impacts that arise due to the sexual harassment experienced by women.

In this study, the author uses a qualitative approach that is case study in nature because qualitative case study research is appropriate for issues aimed at exploring someone's life or behavior in their daily life. By using qualitative case study research, a deep understanding of various social phenomena occurring in society can be obtained. The data collection techniques in this research include interviews and field notes with subjects and significant others. To assist in the data collection process, researchers are equipped with an interview guide and recording devices. In the study, certain characteristics are determined for the research subjects, namely women who are already working and have experienced being victims of sexual harassment. The age range is 20 to 27 years. The number of subjects in this research is 2 women. After conducting research with the subjects regarding the factors causing sexual harassment, the forms of sexual harassment, and the impacts of such harassment, varied results were found.
