Guide
The recognition of the principles of equal opportunity for men and women to obtain the right to live without fear of cruelty and harassment as stipulated in the 1945 Constitution Article 27 paragraph (2) which states Every citizen has the right to work and to a decent living for humanity and Article 28I paragraph (2) which states 'Everyone has the right to be free from discriminatory treatment on any grounds and has the right to protection against such discriminatory treatment.' In line with this, decent work for all is based on 4 (four) pillars namely prioritizing principles and fundamental rights at work (free from forced labor, the freedom to associate, non-discrimination, and free from child labor), providing social protection against the risks arising in the performance of duties, without diminishing the opportunity to work and providing opportunities for social dialogue.
