One year passed, we proved that this problem was genuine.

We are committed to turning the workplace into a safe space for young workers to fearlessly tell their stories. We are establishing resources to help people deal proactively and constructively with their problems and turn the workplace into a safer place for everyone.

During the course of a year, various stories that come from survivors of sexual harassment to this platform give two signals: this practice still occurs in the workplaces and the failure of the State and Company’s role in protecting workers’ rights to get a sense of security.

Discussions on this topic are still narrow and dark. Anyone, if not careful, can become a victim. Therefore, various alternative movements, such as the Never Okay Project, should continue to be supported to open more extensive public discussion to produce working conditions that are free of sexual harassment.
